Oatmeal Gingersnaps ½ cup butter ¼ cup molasses 1 egg 1 cup sugar Cream till fluffy. 1 ½ cups flour ¾ cups oats 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ginger ¼ teaspoon cloves
Mix and add to creamed mixture. Roll in balls. Roll in sugar. Bake in moderate oven.
