Vinegar Cookies
1 large cup molasses
1 medium cup sugar
2 eggs
Salt
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking soda
Little vanilla
Any spice (cinnamon and nutmeg)
3 Tablespoons vinegar
Flour enough to roll
Bake. They will be brittle and nice.
